Description of the trip: from the Boè cable car you should take the path that crosses the Borest wood in the direction of Colfosco which then leads to the foot of the Pisciadù waterfalls. A brief stop is recommended in order to admire the Val Mezdì and the water from the waterfalls. Then follow the path to the centre of Colfosco. Once you have reached the Hotel "Lujanta" take the main road going downhill. After arriving at the Tourist Office in Colfosco turn left taking the asphalt road that passes under the Hotel Sport and that leads to the church in Colfosco. Continue towards Pescosta around the "Tita Alton" school and the area of "Mersa". After having crossed the built up area of Pescosta you go back to the point from where you started.

CORVARA - PESCOSTA - COLFOSCO
From the centre of Corvara you must go down towards the Hotel Col Alto, you must deviate towards the left, reaching the locality of Pescosta. You must take the communal road that crosses the residential area and goes uphill in the direction of the Hotel Sassongher. Just a little before the Hotel you must deviate towards the left in the direction of the farmsteads of Merscia and Costa. The trail comes out near the parish church of Colfosco.

CORVARA - COL ALTO - PRALONGIA
From Corvara you must go uphill by foot or in the chairlift to Col Alto or to Pralongià (from the golf course). The vast meadows and pastures offer infinite possibilities for walks in a spectacular countryside due to its beauty and varying aspects. The circular panorama that can be seen from over the whole plateau is one of the most beautiful characteristics of the Dolomites.

From Colfosco:
VAL STELLA ALPINA
Abandoning the residential area, you must take trail number 4, which will lead you directly to Val Stella Alpina, where you will see the Edelweiss alpine hut. On the right hand side it is possible to go uphill to Col Pradat, take a left for the Forcelles alpine hut and proceed towards Passo Gardena.

COLFOSCO - CORVARA
From the parish church of Colfosco, you must proceed towards the east, in the direction of the farmsteads of Costa and Merscia, in order to reach Pescosta. From Pescosta an easy walk brings you to the center of Corvara in only a few minutes.

COLFOSCO WATERFALLS
From the hotel Luianta you cross the flat lawns in direction of the Sella group and after about 30 minutes you will reach the Pisciadù waterfalls. The walk is short but particularly suggestive because of the beauty of the landscape and the proximity of the rocks.

From Pedraces:
LAKE DA SOMPUNT
From Pedraces you must take the little road that, departing from the city hall, goes up in a southerly direction to the farmsteads of Ciaminades and Paracia, coming out in the beautiful valley of the Lech da Sompunt.
