In the winter season the area offers many opportunities to practice excellent skiing nearby on the various slopes of the Kronplatz/Plan de Corones and more generally in the spectacular Dolomiti Superski area. It is also possible to practice very good cross country skiing, sledging, snowshoe walking, and fabulous winter hiking in the unspoilt winter scenery.
